the Wiz’rd
i recently had a dream of an installation piece called the Wiz’rd, a spoof on the wizard of oz.
there would be a gallery, with a yellow brick road with the song, im off to see the wizard playing …………. as the yellow brick road winds thru the gallery, the journey would take you past all sorts of edna floretta spoofs on major pieces of the “MEN” of conceptual art.
where are all the women ? …… the road would end with a curtain and the wiz’rd would be a country style toilet seat signed by edna floretta with an apple behind it if you lifted the lid.
